Akins High School offers inclusion classes to meet the needs of our special education students in the general education setting. Inclusion is offered in English I, English II, English III, English IV, World Geography, World History, U.S. History, Government, Economics, Biology, Chemistry, Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II . Inclusion provides additional support with classroom assignments, tests, and labs. The ARD committe will meet and discuss to determine if a student is best placed in the inclusion setting.
